The Hunter x Hunter photoshoot is the same time and day, but at the large gazebo

In addition to the Saturday League of Legends photoshoot, there's also a Sunday one at 2pm. Meetup place is the Clock tower~!

Ouran High School Host club photoshoot will be day three at 12pm. The plan is to meet at the clock tower then move to the grassy area by the small gazebo.

Ouran photo shoot is moving back an hour and half to 1:30pm. Still same photo shoot area.

Does anyone know who to contact if our shoot is entered for the wrong time in the guidebook?


(I entered log horizon as 1pm, but it seems to be showing up as 3pm)

Please add the following two photoshoots:

Fullmetal Alchemist at 6 PM on Saturday at the Clock Tower 

and

Bleach at 2 PM on Monday at the Clock Tower

Marvel/DC gathering planned time is 3pm on Day 2 (Saturday, September 5th), meeting beside the Small Gazebo Clearing and then moving to the Rain-Out Location from last year's festivities.

Hi guys, I'm maintaining the Guidebook App photoshoot times. I took the schedule in the first post, and included requested changes since the last noted edit time (Aug 20). The Guidebook was just updated about 1 minute ago. If there are any mistakes, posting here in this thread is the best way to notify us, as I'm subscribed to reply notifications in this thread. I'll be updating every day or so (but as photoshoots are not official programming, it's a lower priority than edits to official programming and other stuff I'm working on at the con, but I'll try). (And yes, the Log Horizon one was entered wrong - sorry for the mistake. It should be fixed now.)

So I'll just add the change then on here and see what happens, cuz I mentioned it in a message last night and while you replied, the change didn't happen in the update.
Magical Girls Photoshoot is Saturday at 1pm at the gazebo. But this thread still has it on sunday

Last minute shoot.. Shounen Jump shoot at 1 or 2 on Friday - meet at the stairs in the park and we will move to a free area... Look of Corazon, Doflamingo and Crocodile (pink and black feather coats)

UPDATE: due to rain, the OFF by Mortis Ghost photoshoot will now take place in the Red Lion lobby.
