I have had the same problem, although I haven't been trying as long as you >.>

I have only been waiting about three weeks, but that is still a long time.

Director of programming has been in "the study Zone" (she's a student) for a while and hasn't had time to check her email. Ed (radicaldaystar @ yahoo.com), her assistant, does read email and often is more reachable - not only that, but Ed knows where to find Brenda and can talk to her for you.   :D   So try that to get your message across.
OF course, I have heard that now that finals are over brenda will start digging through the 10,000 or so emails everyone has sent, so she may get back to you in a bit...

If you post questions on the forums, we usually do a sweep and pick them up druing online meetings. Now that she's finished school for the year she'll be online more and more likely to get them.

She was at the meeting on Saturday!
