Is there a place in the forums that has a list of the ranking system and how many posts have to be made to get these ranks? I was kinda surprised to see how quickly I became an otaku, and now I'm even higher than that.

If memory serves me well it's

0-9= Unknown otaku
(Then I forget what's in between)

125-249 = Major Otaku
250-499 = Anime Addict
500+ = Uber otaku

I kinda wish it was possible to have costume ranks.

I'm pretty sure the one that Negima missed was Minor Otaku, or something along those lines.

EDIT:

Also, there are special ones for all the staff and stuff. For example, the Con Chair has a custom title.

I'm looking at people who have over 1,000 posts who are still Uber-Otaku :shock:

Here's how I came up with that.

As I'm typing this, Wolf Wood has 556 posts. He has been a member of the forums since March 26, that's been about 4 1/2 months.

556 is 27.8% of 2000, the needed amount of posts for reaching the rank of Uber-Otaku.

By this calculation, it would take 16 months & about 5 or 6 days to reach Wolf Wood's goal.
