Registration is due to close on August 10th! Unlike our mascot contest, there will be no extensions for the savings and convenience obtained by registering now. If you are already registered, thanks! Otherwise, go to the main page and get on the ball today!

***So, I was wrong... we have extended the deadline to the 14th***

You know what... i just now realized I didn't pre-register yet... I have my hotel at the red lion reserved since forever and  day ago... but not the actual tickets... thanks for the reminder ^^;;

Registration deadline has been extended to August 14th to encompass the weekend. The price will be $35 until registration closes. This leaves seven days to get your registration in! Door prices are higher so register today!

Of course!

Your mail in registration doesn't have to arrive on the 14th, it just needs to have the post office stamp that shows it was mailed that day. So as long as you drop your registration form in the mail before the post office closes in the 14th, it will be valid.

What happens if you get no confermation E-Mail? And what if your check havn't cleared the bank yet?

It took them about a month before they did my check so I wouldn't worry too much.  Plus a lot of people didn't really receive a confirmation email unless they (the pre-regers) emailed the people in charge and asked if they were.

Besides that, Registration seems to do a good job keeping track of everyone who is pre-reg.  I don't ever remember hearing stories of people who pre-reged but weren't on the list.
