thank you all for all the hard work so we crazy people could have a great time i know i really apresheate you investing your time a sanity into it, and you set the bar for us all
peeps out there who say thins was your first con take a note, if you can do anything to help out, anything donate to the charity auction (i did some of the stuff i donated brought in 67 buck and i feel great that its goint to a great cause) watch a room for a few hours bring some people water ask if theres any thing you can do go to a meeting and get to know the people who bring us the fun and help
you could do every one a favor bring brownie dr peper and choco almond pocky like pocky club did (tho the drpeper was from kendo boyfriend)

I know some things didn't go as planned, but I really appreciate everything you guys have done. For instance, the line for pre-reg was horrid but I knew they were trying their best to sort it out, and even handed out free water!

This was a great con! I felt that it ran rather smoothly, (even though I don't have any other cons to compare it with).

I look forward to staffing next year's con, too!

I think that the Goggle Squad was particularly amazing this con as yojimbo, seriously you guys were everywhere and willing to help out with everything, it was so awesome!

The Kumoricon plane is made, prepped, serviced, flown, by volunteers. Yojimbo and staffers all did such a wonderful job! They were all helpful, pleasant and friendly on the whole - they were less when they had to be, like the lines veering away from the walls ^^;

But everything else was great! If you were lost and needed help, they showed you the way - I got lost a couple times.

Thank you so very much, Yojimbo and Staffers! What a great convention! It was my first, and it's got me hooked for the next one!

Thank you for your appreciation guys, you don't know how much this means to us!

As a mini-rant, I'd like to say that Yojimbo is not an easy staffer position to fill, and even many of the general staff who haven't done Yojimbo don't understand this. We try to be everywhere all the time to keep you safe, happy, and to keep the con running but there's only so many of us. Also, the general staffers in other positions have their own challenges to fill, and we all do this on a volunteer basis! We love you guys and the con to death, but it's not easy work and it's easy to feel undervalued when others don't appreciate the level of effort we have to put into our jobs.

If you want to improve Kumoricon, volunteer! If you want to know what exactly is going on with Kumoricon behind the scenes and help to make things better, volunteer! If you find satisfaction in hard work to help hundreds to thousands of other people, volunteer!

I made a lot of friends this year after meeting the staff and -that- was the best reward I could have asked for after everything was done.

Thank you EVERYONE for coming! I hope you had a blast and I know we'll do our best to make next year even better! Go Yojimbo!

I agree - all yojimbo were everpresent, helpful and really did a great job.
