Okay - drat, I tried to encode in ARIAL and it still comes out Times Roman. Oh well, it' still legible.

I designed a little bit of a comment period before locking the wording in, but I also wanted to make the rules final early enough for creators to have a good feel for the categories.

By all means, do it! Each person can submit up to three. So, the more AMV's people make and submit, the more potential there is for us all to have a grand ol' AMV party at the Kon.

Man, I hope I can conscript my talented and premiere-having friend to help me make my idea for a video a reality. All I'd want was a title credit.... not any part of the awesome prizes I'm sure he'd win with it.....
