wondering if I can talk about nemuicon

alright, so basically this thread is about nemuicon. the potential lane county con several eugene-area anime clubs are planning for next year 2008.

I'm just wondering if it would be innapropriate or rude to discuss it on this forum? and wondering if we can work WITH kumoricon to get this con off the ground.

yeah, I'm just not sure what the kumoricon people would think of me posting stuff about another con on their board >____<;; what we discussed in the meeting yesterday was working with kumoricon a bit and possibly becoming "sister cons" with them, and since I was the biggest forum junkie out of all the people there they told me to ask around on the forums and such. sooo yes.

I am 100% sure its OK to talk about other conventions here, as long as it is in the appropriate place.

So what else can you tell me about Nemuicon, because I need to get Pocky Club there next year.

sweet! yeah I was thinking about pocky club being involved with it too ^.^ and everyone else seemed into that idea

anyways, we're not sure on the place yet, but we were thinking doing it at a medium size hotel kinda like how kumoricon started out (actually exactly haha X3) aaaaaand it is going to be fabulous aaaaaaand we want to rent DDR arcade-style games

and el presidante (I only say that because I can't remember her name  :oops: ) said she actually has lots of connections with various voice actors and copic markers, and we actually got alot done considering none of us were 18 yet and it was the first meeting X3

I'll be sure to keep people posted on how the meetings go. Wheee I'm so excited!

Lol yup sleepy-con it hereby is X3 it was my friend Kelsi's idea :3 I still think we should've gone with dodecacon....but nemuicon will probably attract more people >_<
