Are all the rooms at the Hilton from the 31st-3rd booked!?!?! O_O

I seriously doubt it. I was at the Hilton Saturday & talked with a clerk. She said there's still plenty of rooms. I doubt that they were all booked this quickly.

Yeah, I thought they were all booked up when I read the startling post about a week ago, but I'm pretty sure the hotel is fine and open for us at the moment.

And, on a seperate note, where have you been, Princess? Haven't seen you on here for quite some time? Well, nice to see you back (if you ever did leave, and I'm not just being oblivious.) ^_^

She breezes through about once a month to check up on things. If it had been sunny she might've shown up at the Sakurafest even!

The hotel might be full and it might not be.
It has like, 230 rooms.
We have already gotten over 400 registrations, not counting staff.
Even if we just have two people to each room we're still cutting it close.

With all the rush on the rooms I hope that our hotel liason has managed to get enough Suites for our staffing needs. The con usually needs at least 5 and the two big ones are already taken by Programming and the Con Suite/Green room. Ops had better be taken care of soon or heads will roll.

yaya I went to the site last night, and it said no rooms were avaible for what I wanted..hmm
ah yaya I havn't really been here. I keep an eye out here though lolx, so you are not very oblivious. No worries lolx

Suites are phuunnn~~~~ I need to go pre register, I REALLY do not feel like waiting in line if I do not have to XD lolx
and I know!! Saturdae' was gross!! I was going to go, but I had plans to goto Mahalem..or whatever. lolx

Call the hotel and ask for the reservation manager, Rickie Foster.
Tell her that you need a reservation for Labor day and you're with the convention, code KUM.

If she actually tells you they're booked over the phone then let us know and we'll tell our Hotel Liason.

to note, when we book our room blocks, there are usually only a tiny amount for monday night. Which then we have to tell the hotel that its full and expand it. Im not sure why this is, I just know we've had this little problem since the first kumoricon. So the answer? Pester the hotel via phone is usually helpful, or announcing its full again on here or contact a director. Then we know we need to expand it and can harrass the proper people.
