I'm planning to cosplay as Mugen from samurai champloo, and i need some help in making mugens sword. Since real swords are out of the question, I'm hoping to modify my bokan to look like the sword.
http://www.spookhouse.net/angelynx/comics/mugens_sword.jpg I think creating the sheath is beyond my ability, so I was planning on buying some PVC pipe and foam to shape the hilt and gaurd of the sword. If anyone else has some tips or ideas i'm all ears.
