How long does it take to get your badge?

If you pre-register before the 30th of this month I believe it will be mailed out  with the next set so not too long I would think..though I know Vallie will be able to give you a better answer on that one.

May 6th is the day of the big Envelope Stuffing. So the mail will be posted that Monday the 7th. Delivery times may vary!  :wink:

Hi there, sorry for delay in response.  Was sick last week and didn't want to read much of anything.

Expect to see your badge within the next week or so.  We have badges.  They are stuffed.  In Envelopes.  I just need to go through them one more time to make sure the addresses are all correct, put stamps on those puppies, and scoot them out the door.   We're almost there.

Badges are mailed out at the end of each pricing tier. (Allow about one week for us to print all the badges, stuff all the envelopes, and lick all the stamps - we do this for all badges all at once at the end of the tier - and a second week for the mail to be delivered to you.) In your case, you pre-registered during tier 2 and Vallie already covered where we are with processing those.

Ok one more question about badges...i ordered my friends on May 1st so does that mean it will be sent out way later? I mean i wont recieve his badge b/c it wasn't ordered before April 30th, even though i ordered it way the next day? Thanks for the answers ^_^

If you ordered May 1st and paid the 35 dollar price, he's in tier 3.  All the badges of a tier get mailed out together at the end.  End of tier 3 is August 10th, so he should expect to receive it soon after that.

I apologise for the inconvience, but this is how we do every tier.

I have a question related to badges.  I  registered at Sakuracon, but I didn't fill out the parent permission form there (i'm 16) because my mom wasn't with me at the time. They asked me to find the form online though and mail it in.

I'm just double checking, the form I have to fill out is the 'parent permission form' on this page right?: http://www.kumoricon.org/?page_id=13

and all I have to do is mail it to you guys?

Yes. You should make sure that the name you use on both forms is the same so we can match up your parental permission form with your registration form, since they are originating separately. We may not otherwise be able to determine that one belongs with the other.
