Total Cosplay FAIL Stories

Well, my fail in this case is getting knocked down from three costumes to maybe just one, two if I'm REALLY lucky.

Anyone else suffering from a case of cosplay fail?

i definatley had PLANS earlier on for 2 costumes each for my group (boyfriend, sister, me, me cousin, me roommate maybe) but got knocked down to one since A: i make all the damn things and B: i had an influx of commissions this year so time spend on myself is now going to be time spent on paying people.  i think...about 15 or so things i done did are gonna be around this year.

Well my Star Wars costume..was hoping to get that done..but the armor won't be here in time so I won't have it. <.<

I've been searching everywhere for white boots that look like my character's, but no luck. :/

cosplay fail eh..? Well, i was hoping to not only go as etna, but also as plenair, from disgaea. Etna is gonna be done on time, but I havent even started pleinar, nor do i have the materials i need! T_T so Im probably just gonna have one costume for all three days. wow, what a strange feeling. XD last year I wore a new costume everyday....

Well, I can't find the right shoes anywhere for my YYH cosplays, and I'm still trying to work out props and junk. I've still got a lot to do. Crunch time!!

lol at the beginning of the summer I was planning 5 cosplays. I got 2 done and changed my mind on all the others

ive also had huge problems with finding the right boots for allen walker

Unfortunately, I was about 70% done with my lolita dress, when I took it to this lady to do some minor fixings to it. Unfortunatly she ended up ruining the whole thing, so I can't even use it this year at K-con. To make things worse, she got her dog's hair all over it. >_<
