Masquerade... My hair needs help!

Hey guys! Does anyone know somewhere that I can go to get my hair done up that is relatively inexpensive, I really only want to pay $20-25 and everywhere seems to be double that for such a simply do.  I might try it myself unless anyone else has some ideas?

the new Aveda Institute or Salon in Vogue, although at such late notice i'm not sure if they can get you in

For my friend's wedding, I got an up-do at Super Cuts for about $20. And it looked BEAUTIFUL too ^_^.

thanks guys =D I've also searched on you tube and they seem to have like do it yourself instructional videos for the style I want.  I shall try it first!
