eventful evening
« on: February 02, 2008, 10:14:33 pm »
yeah thats right. so theres this car right and it comes crashing through our fence and totaled our BBQ. we didn't know if the propane tank was puntured or not but what we did know was it was under the car. I called 911 my mom is yelling at them to shut off the car or blow us all up and yelling into the phone and i'm like ow yelling.
pix mom took:
http://ninasphotography.com/020208
pix from the inside:(point and shoot mine)

they killed the BBQ.(R.I.P. BBQ)

the people were fine......... teenage mom, one of her children and her grandmother and she had no insurance.

they drove from 'private' property, so they didn't get ticketed either.

o.o Holy crap. I'm glad you're fine anyway.....That WTF thing reminds me of a story....[/reminiscing....]

Ok, so my friend Ren [Ren+Pocky on here] was over at my house and we were downstairs in the bookroom-turned-computer-room. So, Ren belches REALLY loud. Like...It's shaken some stuff before. Like an earthquake.

So, I was typing on the computer and she was sitting down beside me, leaning over my shoulder right next to my ear. All of a sudden, without ANY warning [I swear to God, she didn't even take a breath] she belches SO loud I thought it was a frickin' bomb! So, she burps and we're both silent for probably a thousandth of a second[I think my mind had to figure out wtf just happened....], and then I just lean over, cover my ears with my hand, squeeze my eyes shut and just scream as loud as I can for about five seconds. [It was a rather girly and high scream...Just like in the horror movies when the first person to die is the girl, lol]

Oh, and the entire time I'm screaming, Ren is just looking at me going, "Um....Excuse me, but WTF?". So, I finally stop screaming long enough to realize what just happened. So, I told Ren that I thought she was a bomb...

She looks a little proud, but then I say, "I had absolutely no frickin' idea what the hell was happening, Ren!!! All I know is that I thought we were being bombed and I absolutely had no idea what to do! All I thought about was screaming!"  Ren: "Oh, THANKS! It's nice to know that if someone bombs us, your last thoughts will be, "Gotta scream, gotta scream, gotta scream...."

So, voila. My story.

lol i cinda had that happen to me before, i guess this drunk driver decided to park next to my car in the complex, but it wasn't a parking spot! they rolled over this 7-8 foot drop i don't know if anyone got hurt but they towed my car unknownst to me to pull it out. I just remember going out to my car the next morning and going, wow thats a lot of shattered glass down there...

Where were they trying to go with said car?

Also, think how bad this could have been if the barbecue wasn't there...

Wow- that sucks but I'm glad you're ok. And that also sucks that they don't have any insuranace but I'd still sue them for a new BBQ ('cause I'm just vindictive like that...)

Ya know, normally I am dead set against lawsuits, but this is completely different. If the law wont make them pay for theyre own irresponsibility, then someone has to.

Xenu? Who dat? Xena? The warrior princess? Xeno? Some dead guy from way back?

Couple a twigs and some rocks and charcoal, and you got a BBQ, so easy even a cave-man could do it. But y9ou may have to call it Shish-kabob.
Have Fun
