        Chii's blue 'butterfly' dress... The ties on the back of the bow.. They ruffle in some weird way...

man I love chi. it's just such a hard character. so many people think they can cosplay as her. I think my friend might go as her if she wasn't so flaky.

what part of the ties of the bow do you mean? the long frilly ends? :3

Haha yeah. Chii is one of those characters that are... Kinda hard to pull of lolx... And I think other people know that
 too. Lolx My friend wants to cosplay Chii, but she refuses lolx xD

 Yeah, she has the bow on the back of her dress, and the ties are frilly and ruffly. xD Lolx It doesn't lay flat, ya know? Lolx

ah I see. hmm well you could try getting a trim and making it stiff. or you can use a wire to make it wavy like that. I'm not sure what else you could do. or you could use starch and then form it so that it dries like the frills.... I think those are all the choices I could come up with. :3
