clamp chess piece set rant

ummmm i have been collecting the clamp chess piece sets (on sale or using coupons) in the dream of having a full set to play chess with, i have about 5 of the sets for a tolal of 15 pieces
one problem
i have 3 white bishop's ....3 and  looked on line and there are  2 black kings and 2 white queens
....WTF???
thing is i still need to get them all for the characters i like
wtf?

my friend is collecting the pieces too.... some of the pieces are interchangeable... when you have the whole set of books you will have the whole set of pieces.. so yeah... :P right now she has a couple of black kings XD
