Where can i find Some what affodable lolita or kimono dresses

I have found some cheap lolita dresses on ebay but everyone says that the quality isn't that great. I'm not saying that the dresses you would find there would fall apart on you after one wear but they might be made out of uncomfortable material or something, I haven't bought one I have just looked. If you are looking more for lower cost than higher quality then I would check ebay out.

I found an ebay shop once that actually MAKES the dresses to fit you! I can't remember the name now, but they weren't terribly expensive if I remember. Then again, I was prom dress shopping, so for everyday wear it may be a little expensive. XD But it was some ebay store from China. Pretty good quality stuff, too. ^^

Take a look at info on that store on cosplay.com or something though, I've seen a couple of bad reviews on them in the past....not sayin' don't use them, just do the research 'n stuff.
