motel that takes cats?
« on: August 16, 2008, 03:23:14 am »
Does anyone know of a motel that would officially permit my boyfriend and I to stay there *with our cat*?

We have a car, so it can be a reasonable driving distance away, e.g., Vancouver, WA....

We'd be coming from Eugene, so commuting would be rough....

I believe all Sheratons allow pets.  I used to work at the one in New Orleans and some people brought in their big dogs... kind of a fancy place, though; they even had a little "pet package" with free stuff for them while they were there (bones, chew toys, kitty treats).  I would try there first.

My hotel, the residence inn allows pets. I have a penthouse suite for $100 per person for the weekend.
Sticks and stones may break my bones but whips and chains excite me...so tie me up and throw me down and show me that you like me...

Do you mean that you currently have room in it that 2 people and a cat could stay in?

Presently my boyfriend is leaning towards looking at camping options, but a hotel would be preferable to me.

Thanks Jaki, yes I got the link. I can see if there's a Sheraton around, too. Where is Residence Inn?

I messaged you about it, http://pockyclub.com/2008_area.pdf has it on the map. There is a $75 non-refundable pet deposit. So for you, your boyfriend and your cat would be $275
