Only 6 PMs per hour?

I just tried PMing but I apparently am exceeding the limit of 6 personal messages per hour. I didn't know we had a restriction on PMs! It's not like we can spam with those XD

Why is that a rule? I feel bad about not being able to reply to people for a whole nother hour.

That's my sentimental cyber spiel. Anyone else have any raging fiery feelings about this? XD
