But really I hope you get better. Rest up and drink lots of fluid. I know this isn't the thing that you want to hear but puking is getting rid of all the bad food. So the quicker you puke the quicker you will get better ^_^

Is this food poisoning as in Airplane, I think it was the fish. I am so glad that is the one thing I learned to pretty much avoid since attending the culinary school. Has only happened once or twice, and only once has it been self-inflicted.

eat crackers, that oughtta slow things down a bit.

on a halfway serious note, whenever I drink a brawndo I immediately burp/fart, poo and pee within the next hour. it completely empties me of any inferior substance for some reason. and I had a really bad cold, and I drank brawndo and cold meds and I felt better than I usually do. hope you get well soon buddy, I dunno if this helps at all.

i had a case a week after k-con, i was making some food at work quesadias and i added some lunch meat and we both got hit at the same time, stoopid tainted lunch meat!!

Dont over do it. Drink lots of flued, avoid milk and ice cream, things like 7 up and ginger ail are a big yes, make sure to be propped up when your resting so the snot and what not stays down. eat things to cause you throw up more on an empty tummy. what else is there... oh yeah, no zombie fightens. yeah thats not good to do when your sick ._.

food poisoning usually only lasts roughly 24 hours. I guess you are just poisoned.
