That's a very jaded view of older folks.

They/We're (depending on your view of old) are not so bad, and most of us don't have superiority complexes

On the contrary, some of us "old" ones even wonder if they're still accepted as kids in the young ones eyes. I mean once you cross a barrier of maturity, 18/21 etc., it kind of feels like the door slams behind you.

It seems like a great idea for you to form a k-con kids club though. Enjoy your youth while it lasts.

also putting it out there to let you know what some of us "older" people are thinking, we don't really look down on the younger kids but more of don't find the same things fun. A lot (not all) of the people that go to cons are extremely immature and most of us "older" people don't want to be associated with it.

anyone can go to the convention, there is no minimum age. There are babies there....you just have to have a parent with you if you are under 18.

That is the way grown-ups think. Most of us don't jump from one topic to another so it is a little hard to follow if someone does (not saying that you are or anything)

I was trying to figure out the way you were thinking because I was hoping that you weren't a hypocrite and complaining about adults looking down on younger people and you doing the same. After a few clarifying questions we figured out that it is not the case.

You don't have to abandon something just because a few people asked you some questions regarding a comment you made.

And I hate to let you know but go to a lot of the pages in the plan your own adventure board and you will find ten pages in a row that are off topic. About half it is actually on topic.
