naruto pakkun cosplay
« on: February 26, 2009, 09:54:52 pm »
okay I have picked one of my cosplays for next year and I want to go as pakkun from naruto
at first I was thinking i's make jammies like full body costune made of flannel, but I had trouble finding the right shade of brown

then i saw it

fur

it would be very spendy to do it out of fur and it would be bulky, but it would look good
but

k-con is in summer and i would be really warm
but it ac in the hotel

any thoughts?

Pak-kun doesn't really have fur...since he is a pug...I thought pugs have very short hair.... O_o

Pak-kun cosplay image:

You will be quite warm with fur even with AC in the building--I was quite warm wearing sleeveless + the con-goers packing inside. Maybe my metabolism is just faster...

Here's a Pak-kun cosplay w/ fur like material:

You know the pak-kun plushie material? Would that be a better choice? I have no idea, but if you really decide to be Pak-kun...I would shoooooo want a hug + picture!!!
And so it begins...

ug i dont like that cosplay of pakkun

this hat is kinda my insperation

the fur that i saw was really short and looked like real fur and was between half and a quarter inch and the color was really good
but flannel would be comfy

It would be better if you didn't used fur, but a lighter, cooler material... felt wouldn't be good cause it could tear easily, but something breathable. My sister made a fursuit for a cosplay and it was extremely warm in it. Even being in a cold month with ac's didn't help. Plus if you get something on it, fur is hard to wash.
