Well if my Dad lets me and if we stay at the hotel, I might make a Mion (or shion) Rei episode 1 swimsuit for the gathering. Can wigs handle cloreane or are we all staying out of the water?

I really want to get a Japanese school type of swimsuit like they have in anime and manga. It would make for such fun as Kairi to run around in a school swimsuit. XD i think they're cute.

The school swim suits are basically racing suits. You can find them at any sporting store... though they can get expensive!!! :S

Tuxedo Speedo is still a demonic idea of mine. Maybe I'll do it for the swimsuit contest if there is one.

Otherwise, to save the little kids the horror, the hotel pool will have me in swimming suit and tie.

I recently found out that the hotel has two pools and we'll need to discuss which pool would be the best one to schedule this shoot at.

SO I have a small underwater camera that I'm itching to try out...anyone have objections to getting under water shots? I wont be cosplaying for this but I can bring the little underwater camera and my DSLR if anyone is interested. Providing it doesnt coorespond with one of the panels I want to go to.

Also, the shoot is tentatively scheduled for Sunday at 4:00. I have it scheduled for that time, but will change if if it's scheduled during any of my panels (which is why I wish they wouldn't take all eternity to post the con schedule).

Really? there's two pools??? Well i would vote for the one that is on the plaza level because its on the "official map". but is the other pool larger? and which has better lighting and ect.?

P.S. I AM DEFINETLY going as swimsuit Hatsune Miku.

The only concern I have about a swimwear photo shoot is that you will be doing it at the hotel pool. Please keep in mind that we are not the only guests of the hotel, and that there may be other people there. Be respectful, and if they ask you to not take pictures... don't.

mine is a floral print blue and white (mostly blue) bikini with cute blue shorts.
(i didn't want to go with the striped bluewhite swim suit because its just looks too much like underwear instead of swimwear (and its just toooo white XD))

i dont know about wearing my head phones.... hmmmmmmmm XD i will just bring them .... and a towel XD

I also did some searching for a red retro swimsuit, since they're nice and fashionable, very modest.

I found a awesome one on Target.com for $12! (everywhere else was $50-100 D: ) They call it a tank-ini
