when your stomouch is telling you it needs food you eat. i dont care if you want to lose wait dont starve your body of the nutriants it needs! Im an anti diet person and a very pro excirsize! You need calories and nutriants to live and thrive, one really good way to stay skinny but not look like a plank is to again work out and eat a healthy amount. feed your body when it wants food, and keep building muscle and toning your waist line by working out.
and i know the pattern of getting sick myself, but each work out doesnt have to be this huge deal, one thing thats really nice is like find some kind of slightly elivated surface, and while you watch tv just step on and off it, try doing that during the comercials or if you can the whole show, its a great way to keep yourself in shape with out over exerting yourself when your weak.
