@ Sakis - That's usually my problem. But the best thing to do is to just get up tomorrow, and start exercising. The hardest part about it is getting out to do it, not the actual exercise.

As for today, I just got back from the IMA again, and cheated the system so I got in for free and didn't have to pay again. >8D It was an intense workout. x.x;

thanx kagome for telling me that, 2mrrw i'm just gonna stretch and rest, i worked out today though for about 45 mins. thats about it. yup yup.  but i feel proud that i started, ya and my goal of 35 when down to 25 lbs. i realized i want to weight aroudn 140 ish to 135 because i want muscle mass too to be toned and stuff.

maybe we could meet up at the school and go around the track a few times, or I learned a few routes around cooks park that range from a 20 min jog or 30 min one. But I can barely jog for 15 minutes so I would have to go slower. ;D

i just jog by myself cuz everyone i go with stop jogging and make me feel unmotivated so i do it alone, then i do it in silence and then i have time to think about anything... yup yup.

Wow, so this weekend was TERRIBLE for me as far as food and exercise goes...

Went to Idaho to visit my relatives, and my grandma is one of those stereotypical grandma's that bakes and cooks all the time (and yet she weighs like 100 pounds! wtf..) So basically I spent the whole weekend eating food that my Nana made because she insisted that I wasn't eating enough.... Lovely and delicious, but terrible for my overall weight goals >_<

Oh well, I've been pretty good lately, and I'm gonna start hitting the gym real hard after my mom gets off work for the Summer next week so all should be well. =]

I try to do good on the weekends and I am able to control myself quite a bit....what I am worried about will be Thursday when we celebrate my birthday. I want to go get sushi and I want a cake >_>

but the night before I plan on playing soccer so it should be good. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOO looking forward to playing indoor soccer again. Talk about a workout x.x

Working out with someone is nice, but I kind of prefer doing it alone most of the time. I just go to the gym though, and listen to my Ipod, so it's not too hard to stay motivated. I forgot my Ipod back in Oregon though, but the workout surprisingly isn't too hard without it. I've decided that I'm going to try to workout everyday, including weekends. That way I'll be motivated the entire time and not get off track. DX

Once school is over I am going to try to work out every day as well. I may do an easier workout on the weekends though.

As for working out with friends I don't talk to them or anything when I am working out but knowing that someone is going to meet me at the gym motivates me more to go then if I had to go by myself. I would be letting someone down if I don't go and I hate it when other people do that to me.

I'm hella out of shape (DDR-wise).  Broke my combo on all four songs today, including one that's only a 7. :/  I really want to go for 1st or 2nd at BIMP on the 27th so I really need to start practicing.

Yeah I know what you mean Nikki. When I go with a friend then I feel the same. I also feel motivated if they call and ask if I wanna go, cause if I say no then I'll feel bad. x.x; We usually only talk when we get there, and then when we're walking the track or something.

Agreed with you two, Nikki and Sayda. Kahlan and I work out together, but I have my ipod on the whole time. We don't talk, but silently encourage each other simply through our mutual presence at the gym, heh.

About to head out on a walk around town (my route takes a little over an hour and a half) hopefully it'll jump start me back into my weight-loss state of mind.....

On the plus side my mom and I decided to weigh ourselves yesterday just for fun, and even after all the damage I did this weekend I've still lost about 7 pounds. Hopefully now that Summer is in full swing and I'm getting really busy I'll keep losing more =]

lol i try to do them all, i wanted to do a big excersize day yesterday but i forgot to cause i was studying for finals : / well tahts life. the only thing that pisses me off is that wii fit says i gained 3 pounds over the weekend, and over the week i lost four. ._. so now last weeks lost? 1 pound. TT_TT

I had some ice cream last night, but I think I'll be okay. I've been on a pretty strict diet this past week, and have ate nothing but fruit, lettuce and Special K. So last night I had some real food, and some ice cream as a treat.

Yeah that's one thing I was forgetting. When I'm serious about losing weight and get back on track and drop 5 pounds, I have unreal expectations of what I should and shouldn't eat, and that usually ends in successful and quick weightloss, but bad mental health and thoughts about food.

Just got back from my walk.... it wasn't too hot out today so I decided to take a longer route than normal and even ran for a good portion of it. In the end it turned out to be about 2 hours and I'm feeling pretty good now.

@Nyahaha: Oh no! I hope you feel better by tomorrow! My mom always has me gargle with warm salt-water when I get a sore throat, and even though it tastes really gross it actually works insanely well... Go figure. XD
