yeah dana brought kairi in for me, but now i know how to do it myself so i'll have to bring it in some more when I'm about the wieght i want to be for it. x_x

Haha, I love waking up early. When I was in bed this morning, I was soooo tired, and then I thought to myself..
"W-wait.. I have to get up and do....yoga. Oh, gosh. I forgot about yoga, aaahh."
And I practically fell off my bunk-bed, and realized that it was only 5:26. xD

Also *points at sig* the last picture is the costume....that is a lot of skin, I haven't worn that little other than wearing a swimsuit, and then I wasn't trying to look like someone else x.x

I worked out on this weird stair stepper thing yesterday for a half hour, and it felt really good. It worked out my entire body, which was nice. I'm going to try to go at least 3 times a week to the gym, I just have to keep motivated.

@Sayda: I love stair-steppers!!! I have a really old school one hidden down in my basement, it doesn't work all that well but it's something =]

About to go to the lake with my friends where I can get some good exercise swimming. There's a weird floating dock thing in the missle of the lake so I normally do a few rounds of swimming out and back.

Probably, but I know jogging helps get rid of muscle and fat so I may stick with that...who know. Anyways, my calves don't need to be any bigger XD

Me too! And it makes you sweat. XD I might actually run for 15 minutes, then do 15 minutes of the stair stepper, because I know I need to lose weight, not gain muscle, and muscle weighs more then fat.

That's why I don't care how much I weigh. I just care about how I look, and how I feel. Besides, I could use some more muscle.

lol ya actually i just want to be comfortable enough with my body to be naked then i know i'm ready. i got a book yesterday with really good core work outs and cant wait to use it. and stair steppers scare me soooo bad, i fell so hard on one at the gym....might go running 3miles today if it gets b etter. also have a job interview wooo!

Weeell, I don't like the way I feel, other then when I know I've gotten a good exercise, and am sweating. Besides I know that I've gained at least 30 pounds over the last two years after getting my license and moving out into the country, so I'd like to get back down to the weight I was at previously.

OH GOD.
In wellness today, we went to the athletic training room to use the BMI scale. It measures your body fat percentage.
I was all excited cause they took my height and according to them I'm 5'6 1/2... But at the doctors I'm 5'7 1/2. I should probably trust the doctor but I don't want to

Anyway, the average BFP for a college age female is 16-25%... And 32% is obese.
Now, I still have some baby fat on me, I'm sure (I hope), but my BFP was 24% ;_________; God I don't wanna hit that top number.

I don't like the way I look typically. I don't like wearing half my shirts and them being lose at the top but tight around my stomach. I want a smooth line from the bottom of my chest to the top of my hips. I don't want a bump where my stomach ends. That is why I am working out

My body fat is about 21% and if you want a real trust worthy one you can do at home find one that takes measurments not the ones that use your height and weight.

I was up this morning, just no time to message. Sorry! Tomorrow morning I'll get up early enough to post something. I didn't get to bed last night until midnight so I had to rush at five thirty. Tonight I'll get to bed earlier because my homework is all done. :3

And I took a three hour nap when I got home from school because I've been so tired lately. xD

Resist! D: Have something more healthy, but still has the sweet taste. Like fruit? The least healthiest thing I've had today is a Fig Nuton (sp?). They aren't the healthiest, but gave me some carbs.
