Ha ha, well it was probably over a bit of a period of time. I don't measure myself to see progress so when something big like that happens I'm just like "Oh, that's cool".
But what do I do, well almost everyday (minus this last week or so I've been on vacation) I walk/longboard about 3 miles. And then at night I try to run or swim for thirty minutes. My metabolism also kicks it's self into high gear whenever I start working out regularly. Like, I have to eat something every 2 or 3 hours because my body just burns through the food.
I also pretty much cut any junk food out of my diet (again though, minus this last week. On the road it's hard to eat healthy when you're stopping at diners in the Midwest. They deep fry everything) and I eat oatmeal for breakfast every morning. I also only drink milk and water which probably has something to with it.
Yeah, that's all I can think of that would effect that. I think I'll start throwing in muh muscle building exercises now that I've seen some progress.
