Baw, went to the county fair in Iowa today. I didn't eat a whole bunch of bad stuff but I didn't get to exercise tonight. I'm just so exhausted I don't want to move...stupid fair.

I'm sure you walked around quite a bit right? That is exercise. Now that all my bad junk food is gone I will try eating better.....again. Then Monday I will start back up with the workout routine.

Alright I got back to exercising today. I went up to the track and sprinted a straight away then walked the rest of the lap, I did that 6 times. Not too bad. I could have done more but I didn't want to push myself too hard since I haven't worked out in a while.

Also at work last night I walked 5 and a half miles. ;D

well it would take time to build up the stamina for it. After about two weeks of running at least two miles everyday I think it would be pretty easy to do.

Ha ha, well it was probably over a bit of a period of time. I don't measure myself to see progress so when something big like that happens I'm just like "Oh, that's cool".

But what do I do, well almost everyday (minus this last week or so I've been on vacation) I walk/longboard about 3 miles. And then at night I try to run or swim for thirty minutes. My metabolism also kicks it's self into high gear whenever I start working out regularly. Like, I have to eat something every 2 or 3 hours because my body just burns through the food.

I also pretty much cut any junk food out of my diet (again though, minus this last week. On the road it's hard to eat healthy when you're stopping at diners in the Midwest. They deep fry everything) and I eat oatmeal for breakfast every morning. I also only drink milk and water which probably has something to with it.

Yeah, that's all I can think of that would effect that. I think I'll start throwing in muh muscle building exercises now that I've seen some progress.

Well, today I'm going to two malls with my friend, so we will be walking around all day. The food at malls isn't that healthy, but we will be walking for like 5 or so hours. All I have to do is kick her out of bed (that's literally what you need to do xD) and we will be off!

I see. I do most of that, you must be lucky :P

I will run a lot tomorrow night. I am sore today so I am going to take today off. But I am working 8 hours so that means I will be walking A LOT! I walked 7 and a half miles yesterday at work x.x

I haven't weighed myself in a while >_>

I've been running a mile everyday since I've decided to get in shape for my cosplay... about a month and a half ago. It's working out great! ^^ All through high school I worked out in the pool 5-6 hours everyday and now is the best I've ever looked! Crazy what different types of exersise do for ya.

My sister and I have been swimming laps in hotel pools by racing each other, just because it's a little more fun. I can't open my eyes in the water most of the time because chlorine burns them, and I swam right into the wall, hard. My nose started bleeding all in the pool and I had to get out. At least I got some of my laps done right?

Tomorrow it will be back to running and only swimming once or twice a week.

@Chihiro- I love Mimiru! Good luck, and I hope you do this cosplay.

I haven't been keeping up at all with exercise. But I haven't been feeling so hot mentally, and my appetite has gone way down. I stepped on the scale this morning and I've lost five pounds, but it's more then likely from stress, and a lack of appetite.

I work at k-mart and the fitting rooms were a horrible horrible mess so we had a lot of returns to do. That is what I did for half of my day.

Um, I've been sick for like three weeks, so I haven't had energu to do much, but because I'm sick, I also haven't been eating much, so that's good I think.(:
