35 miles yesterday.  TOO MUCH SWEATING.  The DDR didn't reduce the net sweat for the day either. :P  I think I drank about 2 gallons of water over the course of the day. D:

Today at work I did about 11 miles and I had to work outside for about 3 hours so I was sweating a lot.

My mom got me a membership to the gym again. I went this morning and I feel a lot better. I'm excited because I have been losing weight even without going so now I am hoping to lose more ;D

I got back from the gym this morning. I found that jogging for 30 minutes was really really easy. After that I walked up hill for about 15 minutes. Latter tonight I have a soccer game so that should help me stay on track. And when I weighed myself today I was at 134. That is the lowest I have been in a while. I would love to get to 130 but we'll see.

I'm having a little bit of trouble.
My mom dosent let me out of the house that much.
The most I can walk is to my aunts house around the corner
While she is in Alaska my grandma is staying at her house.
Any tips so I can do them inside the house.

Oh and I can do anything I want when with my dad.

Have you tried asking her if you can go for runs? If not, I use to do 200 crunches in the morning, 60 leg lifts on each leg, and 5 pound weights on my arms. Then I repeated the process before I went to bed. That helped me a lot, especially when I wasn't getting much exercise.

I can do crunches but I dont know what leg lifts are.
I can probley walk around the block a few times with my friend Chelsea and walk to the corner market here in McMinnville a few times a day and ride around on are bikes.
Dose that sound good?

I'm not too sure what leg lifts are either, I have an idea but I don't know. Squats will work your entire lower body and are a great workout. I would highly recommend those.

I gained some serious muscles in my legs. >:D okay maybe not that seriously but I did get a good work out in while walking all over yellow stone and what not. lots of steep hills and trails. x_x lol

My arms are definitely getting large(er), just need to balance my lifting between arms (to keep them up) and legs, back, shoulders.

Man soccer last night was hard, not actually doing it but being on a team where they don't know how to play is hard x.x

I was able to stay in the whole game though. ;D As for workouts I am going to take a break today.

I cleaned two cars and then drove for the first time.... and didn't crash.
Stick shifts are hard to drive. XD
Everyone said I was gunna crash and I didn't.
I'm tired now though... so I must have gotten some excercise today that I don't know about. I'll feel it tomorrow. XP

I had a good workout today. I jogged with my mom then did weights for 30 minutes, and to finish it off I tanned :P

I've been super sore since Friday when I longboarded six miles or so. I'm going to run tonight though since I have loosened up a bit. I'm also going to longboard to Joanns and back (like 3 miles both ways) sometime this week since longboarding seems like a good exercise.

So I've been seriously slacking the past couple weeks as far as working out and posting on the boards goes, yet somehow I've still maintained the weight I've lost... I have been walking a lot and trying to stay active but that's really about it.

I tried on my schoolgirl uniform today for my Haruhi version Konota from Lucky Star, and was actually pleasantly surprised with how well it fit (I was convinced it was going to be WAY to small) and my legs looked better than they used to in a skirt, so all in all I'm pretty pleased with the progress I've made, but I know I have to quit slacking or I'll gain all the weight back again >_<
