Well, whatever goes on, here is what I'll do:

If anyone does go through the hotel, I will just wait outside until you guys are done, or find something to do. I will have fun touring Portland and scoping out spots, yadda yadda...So I will just stick to the outside. But if you guys go through, that's cool, have fun. No need to add another person to an otherwise decent-sized group.

Yeah, I meant if the walkthrough is not on a meeting day, since it seems like it is staying on the day that was chosen from the beginning, the 16th.

Yeah i think what we will do is if you want to tour the hotel go to one of the meetings, but for this event we will look for food areas around the hotel and do the mock battle. We will get familiar with the area so we aren't wondering like idiots when the con comes around

Well, I'm sure there will be pics or videos of the hotel from one of the tours. Tom always takes a lot of footage for these reasons.

We are not doing the tour, if you want to tour the hotel go to one of the meetings in August, there are two, one a week before this and one a week after. We will meet outside the hotel but not go in.

I took a couple of videos yesterday that should help everyone find the hotel. I also made a video with the last little bits of the hotel that people might be curious about.

They are horrible, so I haven't put them online yet. However, they should help people deal with a lack of hotel touring at this event.

I think the stairwells there would actually be a great place for cosplay shots, but it's probably not okay to stand around on the stairs and take pictures. x3
Oh well, the rest of the hotel is pretty and great for shots aswell.~~
(Oh, and why would you need a T.V in the elevator? D'= Seems like a little bit of a waste of money to me. >>)

I am not sure if she will cosplay. I don't think she will have her Aeris done in time, so probably not.

I have another Update! Since we are not going to be touring the hotel and there is only a small sidewalk to stand on outside we are going to meet at Pioneer Square, walk over to the hotel and then to the park blocks from there.
