Bleach - Chad.

Female.
Anthy - Revolutianary Girl Utena.
Gidget - Eureka Seven.

That's all I can think of off of the top of my head. (Heh heh, I'm in class right now. x3)

There are actually quite a few, it just takes some looking, haha. (I'm mixed and trying to be as authentic as possible, so I am always looking for dark-skinned characters also.)

But, let's see, there is one character that I do every year (in my avatar), Barret Wallace from Final Fantasy VII (a video game), there is also Sazh Katzroy from Final Fantasy XIII, Jet Black from Cowboy Bebop, anyone from The Boondocks, Raijin or Kiros from Final Fantasy VIII, Clown Biker Gang leader from Akira. There are a lot of others but those few come to mind first.

And keep in mind, skin color is not always a big deal to everyone. Don't let it hinder you from doing a cosplay you really have your heart set on.

But anyway, best of luck finding something, and I'll be sure to come back and add to the list if anything else comes to mind.

or you can do pokemon ginjika or visual kei, or a costume with a mask. i'm just staying out of the sun hopefully druing sumemr so i wont be as brown.

Check out Jet Set Radio or Jet Set Radio future. One of the Skaters and Professor K are dark skinned.

Well that depends on what you're looking for. Not everything can be bought all as one outfit. What are you thinking of cosplaying?

well either im thinking of being 1 of the 6 paths of pain or tobi from naruto im just jumping aroung trying to figure out who i want to cosplay as plus i think i have plenty of time

As far as which place to buy from is best, I can't say. I have always made my own costumes, so I can only give you links, not recommendations. But, best of luck allthesame.

Cosplay magic isn't always a great site to buy on *_*; They're a bit overpriced and usually real inaccurate. Though maybe I'm nitpicking, like I dislike how they made the collar on that, and that everything is lined in red, when it should just be the edges by the zipper.

You could probably find a good and cheap one on ebay. Tobi's always a popular character, so he'd be a good choice. You could make the mask with paper mache for a fun/random project, too~

Yeah, definitely do some hunting around. Since you want to cosplay something that is already so massively popular, you won't have to do much more than type in the character's name and cosplay in any search engine to find a bunch of places selling costumes. Just hunt around and find something that really feels right to you.

But yeah, really won't be hard to find since they are so frequently done.

Depends on when you ordered. The shipping process is on a tier system, roughly. Which means badges should be sent out in sections related to when their ordered. If you registered recently, it might take a couple months.

I'd say it is still early enough to try to get it sent to you. That is generally a better option, in my opinion. Either way you'll probably encounter snags in the system, that's just the way it works, lol.
