On cosplay.com they have you send in pictures of your costumes before the issue is released then they send all the entries to cosmode and they choose. This was only my second time entering

Now I have to buy this issue.

Congrats nikki!!! that's amazing! Where do you buy Cosmode anyways...Rachel got one copy in Canada, but I don't think I can make it there, seeing as I am not legally able to drive (I didn't say I can't though xD I'd just get in trouble xD)

I wonder which side of the line I'd fall on, buying the basic articles of clothing for some costumes and modifying them.

Ok lots of questions

First off you can buy it online or at a japanese store. I would go with online, I went to uwajimaya and they didn't have it.

I didn't make any of my Cloud costume, there was no requirement of making it. The only requirements is that you have to be at least 18 and have a cosplay.com account with at least three costume (or pictures) I think. There is more information here, http://www.cosplay.com/showthread.php?t=160172

Oh and you can buy it at Yesasia. I just found it. Just search Cosmode.
