Okay so me and my friend Kiba went bowling the other day and I made an epic failure-ish move (Got a gutter ball that bounced out and knocked down seven pins. Very Naruto of me) So after that, I thought, "HEY Bowling would be a fun cosplay outing!" So I talked to Kiba and Sakura and decided, I'm gonna set up a gathering.

The date I was thinking: August 8

The bowling alley I was looking at is Sunset Lanes in Beaverton.

What do you all think?

UPDATE: So at Sunset Lanes charges:

Monday-Friday: $2.49 per game, before 6:00 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday: $2.49 per game, before 8:00 p.m.
Every evening: $4.75 per game, after 6:00 p.m.
Shoe size 4 & Under: $2.25
Shoe size 5 & up: $3.25.

And for groups it's $50 for 2 hours with a max of 12 people.

So me and Sakura were talking and we think that we'll go for open bowling and if no lanes are open we can drive people to the other alley or just go to a movie or wander the mall there. Lots of options.

Well August 1st is a Kh photo shoot as well as the Dragon Moon festival (which is both the 1st and 2nd)

But for the place. Well in Vancouver we has the fairly new place call Big Al's and it has an arcade and ALOT of bowling lanes http://www.ilovebigals.com/ check it out it is pretty sweet.

Sounds like fun!~ Honestly, once I was talking to someone about doing this exact thing so now that it's been brought up...AWESOME. xD Pick a date and time and I hope I can make it.~ August is more open for me than July; unless it's on a weekend. If it's a weekday during July then I probably can't make it.

Edit: Like Sam said, the 8th would probably good in August. Or later too would probably work. I dunno, just a personal note. xD

I'll have to talk with me mom about when we might get back. I'm hoping that it'll be around 1, 2ish...So, if we just do it later, besides me being dead, I could go on the 8th!

I think the 8th is the plan. Vancouver is to hard for a lot of non drivers to get to. So Sunset is the best since it's easy by bus

Camp ends at 11 on the 8th, and it'll be about a three hour drive back. Plus I'll need to change into cosplay, and then get there, so I'd probably not be able to show up until 3ish...
And I just might be too dead to go...

But I'll go anyway, even if I don't want to bowl!

What is a problem for me is simply getting out there. Not a big one though, since it does feel like a closer location than the north clackamas meet. And yes Shinra picnic is that Sunday.

Yeah sorry about the lack of Ri-chan online time. I has no internet at my house til Monday. So I can't get the check on the lanes for a few more days. I'm planning it for the 8th. The time will be posted soon.

The price is 2.49 per game. I'm not sure about shoe price yet but I'll tell you that when I get the time and can check the lanes.

Well, she told me that at Sunset, they say to buy by the lane...And it would be around $50 for two lanes and two games, and that's for only 12 people...
So, she's going to look at the other one she was talking about...Um, in hillboro...
