I have a complaint...this flu is near its end, but it's being stubborn. While I'm stuck at home, I can't go to any meetups, or even go out and buy anything to make something for something. (bet you just said Huh??) I can't get anything ready for a meetup or con even if there was one to go to, and there's a few coming up. My first real week at work was shot to bits thanks to the flu hitting me Wednesday, so I don't know how Monday will turn out. Will I have a job next week? Will I be better in time for class? I don't know how soon I'll be better, so I can't plan anything. >_< It's mind-bending having to wait.

On good days I'm able to do anything and relax freely.

On rotten days I want to do something but am stuck at home with little to nothing to achieve.

Today feels kind of rotten with the flu inside and the thunderstorms outside.

I want to learn how to sew so I can make my own cosplays instead of spending over $100 on them.

That's me on a normal day, minus the babysitting. And I have too many cosplays...unfinished or in parts somewhere in my room.

The way I solved the costume building problem without sewing is choosing a character that I can find everyday clothes to build into, and get them from a retail store and party store where wigs are sold. They feel like real clothes not thin, fake costume material, because they are real clothes.
