I'd like to complain about how really early on in life I was taught about how my promise is me, and if my promise turns to crap I do too.

I would like to complain that my VSM at work is being a total jerk to everyone today, putting us all in bad moods.

To comment on the public meetups vs at home meetups: I have had TONS of experiences from both sides of that war. Fact of the matter, is the more people you gather together, the more hectic & out of control it can become very quickly. You add in the mix a few very excitable & louder people, you are bound to annoy somebody for sure...especially in a place of business. If it were my place of business, I would be very annoyed fast if people were disrupting my customers by being loud & obnoxious. Which could very well lead me to throw them out in whatever way possible depending on the severity of the annoyance, or at the very least warn them that they need to stop or they will be thrown out.

I used to throw huge parties for peoples Birthdays & for holidays, but now, I find myself putting a limit on who & how many people more often than not because it gets out of control otherwise. Lots of people can be fun, but stressful on the person playing "ringleader" for the gathering...especially if they are taking the heat for their guests actions.

As far as the cosplay in public goes, you have to expect some kind of attention here & there due to the "out-of-the-norm" outfits. Some places may even have policies regarding masks for obvious reasons. The important thing to remember is that we are being given the PRIVELAGE to be on someone elses property or in their business. We do not own the place, so by all means we are expected to be respectful of that. You can still have fun & show respect at the same time.

I'd like to complain that various members on this forum really need to calm down and that insulting people is not the right answer.

Also, I'd like to complain that the postal service doesn't work on Veteran's Day (or do they?) and so I still haven't gotten my wig. >.<

I wish I had a manga that I got emotionally attached to. What manga is it so I can see how it might affect me? Because if I read it and it doesn't phase me, then either its because I haven't read prior chapters that give it more meaning, or because I'm more emotionally fortified.

The manga's called D.Gray-Man, but I have a freakish obsession with the series, and I'm pretty sure I have some sorf of mental disorder ^^;;

Tanis if you wanty more people to play explain the rules and how it works. As far as I know there's no mind readers out there. So you should explain things to people so they'll understand.

Thanks to this, I actually do have a complaint... My complaint is that all I ever seem to get for winter wear is stuff that's yellow, including a hoodie and a jacket that was so warm, I could stand out in 5 degree weather and be hot, wearing only that coat (and pants for all you sick pervs out there)

Pika??

I complain that my Amtgard game days are now less exciting.
Amtgard to me used to be sword tag in original historic/fantasy cosplay. But you also got to choose a class and use awesome abilities with your team against the enemy team.

Now a certain rule change in our region makes it so you can take an experience credit in the class you pick that day without having to play through a class game first. This simply means you can sign in, practice for a bit, then take off. It leaves the leaders who set up the class battles less work to do, but also takes away half the fun of playing. No one plays the class games in my chapter now, because there aren't enough people. Yet we can't get more people to join if we don't play the full-on games, along with the practice rounds. Otherwise, what's the point in practicing for the big game that's not so likely to come? >_<
All except for me, my group is too lax and satisfied with playing a bit, then chill n' chatting, and rinse and repeat until it gets dark, then "oh, time to go home!"
