@EveofAbyss et al: No, not those, those are Kosher marshmallows. The Jewish religion forbids eating certain animals and certain parts of certain animals. Also, I must admit, Kosher marshmallows are a tad bit tough. They're not very fluffy. =\ Vegan marshmallows are completely gelatin-free.
Here's the ingredient list for the ones that I'm bringing: vegan cane sugar, water, corn syrup, acacia, carrageenan, cornstarch, pure vanilla extract, locust bean gum, soy protein hydrolysate, organic confectioner’s sugar, sea salt.
See? No gelatin! And even the cane sugar is special. ^^
