Registration confusion

My Cousin and her boyfriend Sent in Money(bills) with their mail in Registration, And well, They really don't know why they haven't gotten their Badge yet.
It says they get mailed out with Every Teir, So does that mean they're going to get their Badges in August?

They sent cash? Well I was talking to a person about sending cash and she
said they do not accept cash if you pre-register online. They only accept
cash @ the con.

they printed out the forums and Mailed it in.

I thought that was pre-registering. because anything
that is sent or payed for before the con is pre-registering.
the only way you can pay with cash is if you register
at the con.

you can prereg by sending in your payment, tho cash isnt a good way because stuff gets lost

just have your friends e-mail all their info to

I already did that and got nothing back. Wouldn't that mean that if they got the money they would have sent it back right?
I mean, its possible to get lost in the mail, but just need to make sure, cuz its like 80 bucks, need to make sure.
