Ok, so I am officially back in town now & tired lol. To top things off, my boss is in the hospital for an un-determined amount of time...which means I start work between 4:00-4:30am & have to be up at 3:30 lol. More money...but tired & long days.

Anyway, going to post the official meet info based off what info from Zash & Rebel.

When: Friday, April 30th @ 5:00pm
Where: Zash's Place
What: Hang out, play table games, play video games & apparently Rock Band, watch anime, eat food, drink soda...the usual stuff...except for the optional slumber party add-on! So bring appropriate pajama's & a sleeping bag if you plan to sleep over.
Why: Because you will get Zash's super face if you don't!

If Pat is bringing a PS3 for Rock Band, I should be able to easily stream movies/anime from my computer through his PS3 via ethernet cable...I might bring my laptop again if I don't work the next day.

As for myself & Jess, we can't say whether or not we will be able to participate in the slumber part of the meet. It all depends on how things look later this week for work...as it sits right now, I am looking like I will have to schedule us to work Saturday to finish the orders. We will see what happens.

If you set up a wireless media server with something like TVersity (Works best on PS3 from my experiance) We can bypass the ethernet cord entirely. If I remember correctly I need to bring the PS2 cables so we have composite audio, right Chris? That means I'd need you to bring the HDMI cable if you don't mind

I can't bring the HDMI cable...its HDMI to DVI only out there remember? You would have to bring your audio cables from the PS3 as well in that case since it doesn't have HDMI to HDMI. I will toss what cords I brought last time in my bag just incase...but I am sure that you will just have to set it up the same as you do at your house for the sound. PS2 cables + DVI should work fine...isn't that how you setup your audio at home?

What I do at home is just setup the videos I want to watch in my shared folders & allow all hardwired connections to view them. Then they show up in my PS3's video folder.

Sorry for the double post...needed to kinda update you guys a bit on what is going on. Sucks to say that I have bad news...well bad for the most part.

Due to some complications with my boss, my schedule has been changed for an un-determined amount of time...which means I wake up 1.5hrs before I used to. Add the fact that we are getting very busy & Jess having her job back, it only makes things harder. Needless to say, it will be almost impossible to have meets at my house from now until further notice...we will need to see if Pat & Katie are willing to balance out the monthes with meets at their houses. Also, that is going to mean that Jess & I will be either going home early a lot or just missing meets all together. We will try to make every one that we can...I will tell you guys all the information at the meet since I know only a few of us check this.

Lol...well I don't know about expensive shiz since I will probably just save it all to put toward my car payments(My camera is supposed to ship next week!!!). But I am getting paid well...working at least 11hrs a day right now & most of it is OT. It's only getting more busy too lol...this is going to be a busy summer lol.

As far as meets at my place go, I can't have too many people over, only smaller meets (The last bigger one got a bit outta hand). I would love to have everyone over, but I can't due to how loud we get, sorry :/

What was it I brought last time Chris? I have PS2 cords, but they have an S-Video on them instead of a composite. So, Zash, if your TV has an S-video, let me know please! Also, I have an HDMI->DVI cable its DVI one end, HDMI on the other @_@

Maybe I just shouldn't bring it?

Sorry I've been distant with the group the past month. Just, some problems are going on and I don't want to raise any drama. Nothing anyone did per se. So, I'll probably remain distant till some things can be worked out @_@

@Pat: I had you bring the HDMI~~>DVI cable last time so yes, you will need it as well as your sound/S-video cords. We will need all the PS3 cords you have as well as the HDMI~~>DVI.
Don't worry about it man...no need to distance yourself from us though, we are your friends. If there is an issue with someone, why not try & talk it out so that you can go back to being your usually very happy self that we love so much

Just my thoughts on that matter anyway...

@Zash: I can deal with the technical stuff while I'm there so don't stress over it(as long as Pat gets there before I have to go

). Also, Jess & I will not be staying the night...we will be leaving fairly early in fact.

@Katie: Cuz' your the captain of the girls team!!
