I will check with Irene about meeting at her place this Friday...it's been a while since we had a meet there. If we can't have it at her house...would you be able to swing your place for a meet Rebel? It's either that or Zash's place again. I'll get some text messages out later this morning to see what the verdict is so I can post info.

Sorry if you guys wanted to meet on Memorial Day...haven't been on the forums all weekend. Jess & I were spending some time together just chillin' so we wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere anyway.

As for this weekend...we are scheduled to run production on Saturday so Friday will be an early night for us again

I really want to go to Art Walk, and normal people are fun. In the end, no one is normal.

But on that note, it turns out that Grand Council Fire is on Friday. That is the final thing for Camp Fire USA, a big ceremony.
So, no meet for me. Not until late, anyways.

So yeah, Irene and I were talking, we'd like to do a trip with HDC over the summer. We were thinking the Wolf Lodge water park place up in Washington.
Doing research, it would be 65 bucks a person. This is for a night in the hotel, and a pass for the park itself. So yeah, let me know what your guys' thoughts are. I'd like to see his happen.

Also. My b-day is next Thursday (The 10th). So yeah...there's that. Don't really want to do a party really, just a "Hoorah!" and maybe eat some cake is all. I believe Irene is making a cake for me if I remember correctly. See you all Friday

Doesn't sound like a bad idea Pat...only problem is that there is a very small chance Jess & I can make it to something like that. Need lots of time in advance & planning for the weekend...otherwise we will be at work. Can't do weekdays since I have all my vacation time planned out & scheduled for the year & Jess doesn't get any vacation time.

So if the Art Walk starts at 7pm...is there even going to be anyone at Irene's? If everyone is going to be running down to this at 7pm, Jess & I will probably just have to head home at that time. We work Saturday morning again so we need to sleep...same ritual as we have been doing lately

Waterpark sounds like much fun! I can't do it though. I cannot make any overnight trips outside of Bend, Redmond, or Sisters, according to my mom. Why? I'm not sure.

Ok, I plan to bring this up at the meet tonight...but I am interested to know who here is planning on going to the Portland Pirate Festival in September? Jess & I are going for sure & we are trying to decide which room to get. If we have several people wanting to go, we will get a suite & people can bring sleeping bags like a big sleep-over/pirate festival/HDC meetup.

Just thought I would throw it out there...I posted the link in one of my posts on page 176 of this thread. We would need to know who's parents are ok with it & who can come up with their share of the hotel bill. I will print out some general information to bring tonight...the festival itself isn't too expensive, but will need money for the hotel stay.

Sorry Jess & I were lamers & didn't wander to art walk with you guys last night...was honestly a really hard day at work & just didn't have it in us to wander around $:-\$ We wanted to see you guys since we didn't meet last week, otherwise we would have probably stayed home to crash early lol. On that note though, we were really happy to get to see you guys even for just a little while & had fun chillin' & talking with Irene's parents.

Ok, as for some of my above posts...since I didn't get much of a chance to talk with some of you about it. Sept. 18th & 19th is the Portland Pirate Festival. Jess & I are going 100% for sure & wanted to see if some of you were wanting to go. If we got a few more people, we will reserve a mini-suite & just have people bring sleeping bags...kinda like a sleepover. If you look at page 176 on this thread, I posted a link to the website you need for information on this. Also, Tommy started a thread in the other conventions & events area of the forums. It isn't expensive at all, the room & money to buy stuffs would be the only real expenses & if we share the room, the cost goes down. LET ME KNOW PLEASE!
