Well, the meeting ends at 5pm. It'll probably run longer than usual (realistically, I can get out around 3 normally) because we have a bylaws amendment to vote on. Hopefully, since it's been carefully processed already by the bylaws committee, that will go smoothly, and I'll just need to check in with Jaki, TJ, and Rene, then get out of there. If that's not the case, I don't think I can possibly be done helping my mom before 7, unless she's finally decided to throw away all of the crap she doesn't ever use, which is pretty unlikely.

My phone charges about 5% of it's battery if I throw it at the ground really hard. It's only worked twice so far, but hey, it's pulled me out of some tight situations...

I really wouldn't be too disappointed if that happened to my phone, so I guess that's why I'm generally willing to take that risk. If my phone breaks, that just gives me justification for getting a new one. You know, one that actually works.

This is my third. The first one was a brick, which died in the rain one day when I went for a walk and it started dumping buckets while I was about 2 hours from home. The second one was great until my mom dropped it on concrete, and it all went downhill from there. My current one freezes all the time and has a battery life comparable to a mayfly. And it never gets good reception in my room. But it looks qute.

My sister kept breaking hers in weird, careless ways, so she always had nicer phones than me. :/
