My friend just got the Gryffindor tie that she ordered online for her Harry Potter cosplay and there is a MAJOR problem...... IT'S PURPLE AND YELLOW!!!!

She called the people to discuss it and after being put on hold for 15 minutes was told she'd need to pay an extra $20 for the RIGHT tie, was put on hold again, and then hung up on. WTF.

Agreed. She seemed to be killing them off for reasons that I could not figure out. A lot of the deaths were necessary, but also, a lot of them were not.
