Hmmm Wolverine 2 in Japan??

So after seeing Wolverine I was not too thrilled. It was action packed but I wasnt feeling it. I still need to see G.I Joe the rise of cobra but I digress. The sequel to wolverine is heading to Japan. There's not much of a plot yet except that wolverine is going to Japan for some samurai training and easter philosophy.

Being one of the two people in the whole world that seemed to actually like the Wolverine movie, I have faith in the team to keep it interesting and (to some extent) faithful to the comics/legacy.

make's sense, that's where he fights the silver samurai, so it makes sense. Like how they need to make a wolverine vs hulk live action film.

And didn't Wolverine originally have a Japanese girlfriend (or someone he was in love with but never had a chance to be with) who lived in Japan? I vaguely remember something like that......(but I also remember him being tied to Elektra (who I also remember being Japanese), so I dunno how good my recollective skills are).

I believe so, but he's had so many girlfriends, it's hard to remember. I wish they'd put more of their attention on Gambit instead, because his history is far more interesting in my opinion (he was the greatest member of the thief's guild and had skill's greater than batman when it came to stealth and fighting capability. I would also like to see him in with his ultimate mutant skill's that make him more deadly than The Phoenix as well)

I loved the wolverine movie, even tho I saw it when it was still in production and they didn't edit out the wire's, or finish with the cg, I'm just a bigger fan of gambit, which is why I wish they would make an actual movie of him.

but if this is the way I think it is, than this take's place before the X-Men movies, but after Wolverine Origins.

I must say, it does look very interesting and does give him a new look... even tho I prefer his gruff exterior and appearance, I'll give this a shot... As for me, I want to see more of Gambit, because his history, his power's, everything about him is just pure awesome, and yet he barely get's credit because everything seems to always be focused on Wolverine... I like wolverine a lot, and do like the publicity he get's, but I do prefer Gambit to him.

Yeah, I'm not happy with the looks of it either. Although the Iron Man anime looks pretty awesome!

Ha yeah I saw the interview on yahoo a week or so ago. I wasn't to impressed. :/
