And didn't Wolverine originally have a Japanese girlfriend (or someone he was in love with but never had a chance to be with) who lived in Japan? I vaguely remember something like that......(but I also remember him being tied to Elektra (who I also remember being Japanese), so I dunno how good my recollective skills are).
So after seeing Wolverine I was not too thrilled. It was action packed but I wasnt feeling it. I still need to see G.I Joe the rise of cobra but I digress. The sequel to wolverine is heading to Japan. I'm on board.Being one of the two people in the whole world that seemed to actually like the Wolverine movie, I have faith in the team to keep it interesting and (to some extent) faithful to the comics/legacy.
