Today I bought fabric for the white parts on Alice's coat, so I'll be attempting not to ruin it when I cut and hand-sew it on tomorrow. D:
Also, I found a skirt that hopefully I can buy soon~
As far as the boots go, well... maybe I can borrow them from a friend. 8D;;

Wow, lots of chatting has been going on. Glad to see there is an Alice and a Vincent now!

(To both Vincent's, I luff you and will need group photo with you no matter how out of character it will be!)

Just thought I would give an update. Oz cosplay is pretty much done at this point. I finally got to styling the wig and got it exactly how I want it. I just have to go through and fix a few spot(like the swirl on the top of his head that is being stupid...). Planning on fixing that tonight after work.

Can't wait for the con!! Gettting so freaking excited I want to just skip August now. xD

Today Kagome came over and we practiced styling Vincents wig with a cheap blue one. Now I can be rebel Vincent. Next time she comes over Im going try and man up and cut my blonde wig. When you hear the "snip" of the scissors theres no going back D8

My only advice really is to check how long you want it to be when it's on you before you cut, if you use a wig head. xD; I have screwed up so many wigs forgetting to do that..

I've screwed up wigs before. >< It totally sucks. This time, I wore my Oz wig and styled it while I was wearing it to make sure that it looked good while I was wearing it and for later. I'm happy that I got it all finish though. ^^ Makes it so much more relaxing to know that it's done and it's not a week before the con. xD

I styled my Vincent wig on me too~ I'm just glad it's not a short wig, since you can't cut the back of a wig on yourself, obviously XD

I'm glad I don't have much left to do.. I still need to order contacts and a wig though..

Update: Kit2Kit gave me an over-sized Vincent bow that works great for Alice. I might also use her coat instead of mine since it's smaller and fits me better. This evening I got the skirt from Value Village (<3). Tomorrow I need to wash my fabric and I should be good to start sewing next time (Saturday) I'm at Kit2Kit's house! :3 Also, today was an accomplishment in the art of practice-wig styling~

@Emir: I don't know yet. Might have too much schoolwork depending on what I get first semester. Still, I want to go. ;w;
That would be fun! Though, I'm not sure if I'll have Alice finished by then. D:

And yeah oAo; in two days with $150 worth of fabric. And she had to gather all of the frills by hand. But she had pockets in her dress that she actually pulled paper fans out of. I'm still amazed.

We've found a wig for Tits (a.k.a our Lotti) it might not be a perfect pink , but it'll work for her since its better than her actual hair which is dark purple ..Alice's purple contacts will be here anyday .. xD I have more money , so I'm gonna go get moar fabric for Gil and ATTEMPT TO FIND HIS BOOTS . Which are the hardest part of his outfit , besides the sailor thing , because they are boots with no heel basically .. bloody hell-- And after I get another 50 bucks from kid sitting , I'll be able to get Oz's and Gil's wigs (LATE , I KNOW . ; A ; ) I am gonna tell them I need them here before august is over . -----

ppffft Shoes are always the hardest part. Finding Mary-Jane-ish shoes without a heel for Luke is like impossible : l
Especially when you arent aloud to buy anything online.

Alice boots are almost impossible as well.

I always look on ebay at things dreaming and thinking, "I really wish I could buy this~"
