Because it took me two hours, I thought I would inform the forum of my conquest:
I have finally obtained a Milotic in Pokemon Emerald.

Who else has achieved Milotic?

I've had a Milotic since forever ago. took me 5 minutes.. then again I've got PkMn Diamond. [/fail]
