go to party city, they have some like fake blood stuff that crusts brown like real blood when it dries.
Alyssa used it for her 'vampire victim' halloween costume.

I saw a cosplay that used it and the face was fine but the blood totally gets dull on the white clothing.

Your idea, in mt mind, just sounded like you wanted to dye the suit in patches.
When I said tye-dye, I meant doing the whole tux, in the tye-dye fashion, so that when it was done, it'd end up like a giant swirl...:3
