Well, instead of making a ton of posts I thought it would be easier just to make one... just in case I had anymore questions.

Anyway.

I need help with Lady's Harness thing from DMC 4.

I had a plan but I have JUST enough leather.

So I don't want to mess up at all.

Like I said in the other thread, lemme take a look at my game, see if I can get a good view of Lady and figure out exactly how her leather accessories are designed and such.

supposedly, the anime hunters has a devil may cry character who goes by the name Yatta Dante, so there should be at least one Dante this year.

Nice.. that's pretty sweet. And it looks like he's done a DMC3 Dante before, with Agno and Rudra.. or whatever the 2 swords were called.

That is definitely pretty sweet. I certainly hope he does Dante for atleast a day.

I think he will, because that seems to be his signature cosplay, from what I've seen in the video's he's done of his trip to con's like sakuracon and every time he's said what cosplay he's doing, Dante is always on that list. But ya, I do hope he does do Dante this year, it will be awesome.

I'm excited.. got Vergil, hopefully Lady will be done in time, and potentially up to 2 Dantes that I know of, plus if there happens to be any other random DMC cosplayers who aren't so active on these forums.. could be really sweet.

Yeeaahh.. that's the Dante I got an absolutely awesome photo of at k-con last year.

And now that I have stalkerability, I'll have to convince him on dA to go as Dante for atleast a day.. or a few hours at the least.

I always thought that was cool. When you go to a con regardless if your in your costume or not your always referred as the cosplay that person saw you in.. Well I get that anyway.. I mean I even forget my own friends names.. XD

Yeah.. it's definitely fun having somebody call you a certain name, because that's the first name they associate with you.

Except last year, almost nobody called me anything, cuz only a few got the Agent 47/Hitman reference.. plus I'd imagine a black suit didn't really stand out much.

Most of it's done.. boots are coming in the mail, gotta run out and get some gloves, and after that.. all that's left is the hair finalization.

Bleach one more time on Wed or Thurs, so I don't have roots showing, then soak my skull in toner so my hair will more or less actually be white.

Yup.

But fortunately, I'm also using gel/hairspray or something to style it properly, not just slick it back.

And actually, conditioner yes.. but shampoo is a no no since it pulls the oil out of your hair, basically on a 1/100th scale of what the bleach does.. and your hair NEEDs to recover the oil. So basically, no shampoo.. conditioner x12. XD

I hate being impatient.. I really wanna finalize my hair, but with 5 days left until k-con, I really do need to wait until wed or thurs so i don't have too dark of roots showing. >.<

Actually, they're nowhere near as good of boots as I'd like, but with budget limitations, and the con being less than 5 days away, it'd be hard to find actually accurate boots.

Probably not.. and even those that do would probably agree that the boots look good, they're just not nearly as form-fitting as should be, and they're about 3-5 inches too short.

But I like the ones I got.. not perfect, but within acceptable limits. Atleast the brown leather part fits and looks good. Plus they're WAAAYY comfortable.

That's the problem.. I was trying to find form-fitting, knee-high boots with zips.. problem is.. they only make those for women and my feet are massive and wide, and thus need male boots. T_T

Eh.. they've got some good stuff on there, but unfortunately, I doubt they'd be able to get the boots here in time, being that the order would be processed tomorrow, Wednesday, and they'd basically have to 2-day the boots for them to get here in time for the con.

But very possibly if I get better boots for next year.
