Cosplay photography

hey guys. Chihiro here with a bit of an announcement : o

I am not just a cosplayer, but also a fairly decent cosplay photographer. I didnt intend to bring my big camera to the con at first because I knew i wouldnt have enough memory to do good shots of my friends cosplay. however I just received a lovely present of an 8GB memory card, and now have the capability to bring my nice equipment to the con.

So now I offer you this: now that i have what I need I'm willing to do some one on one photo shoots with people that want them. Theyll be fairly small as i have my own schedule, however I believe every cosplayer deserves to have good photos of their costumes, and hopefully I can help give you guys good photos.

It would be wonderful if you could come to the vocaloid photoshoot if you can make it. Oh or the swimsuit! XD
It would be nice to get good pics of vocaloids (newbs usually know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about vocaloids! Get vocaloid aware! XD)

I would really love to have some shots taken of some of my costumes. One of my friends said she'd do some photography for me, but she goes to a lot of panels and things, and I think she'll be busy.
I would really love some shots of my spy cosplay. I think I'm free most of the day.

Also if you have time, stop by the TF2 shoot on Monday! It's small and last-minute, so I'm not sure if we even have a photographer.

I'm gonna be Vergil the entire weekend.. so basically, just look for a short guy in a massive blue coat. XD

Agent: xD its not a real photo shoot like go to location, its just probably photographer, model, 15-20 minutes getting good shots.

I'm going to be Demyx on Sunday until around the DGM photoshoot, and Lavi for the second half of Saturday. So any time then is fine.

Looking at the schedule, the main thing I want to do that day (except for the cosplay contest) is Svetlana's autograph session, which is at 2:30. The cosplay contest starts seating at 4:30, so most of the morning/early afternoon is open. What times work for you?

Sounds good! I'm driving each day, and I should be getting there at around 10 in the morning, so anywhere from 10 to 2 is good.

It'd be awesome to get some pictures of me and my friend as Sven and Eve! Since there won't be a photo shoot. I'll be Sven Saturday after the Fashion Show, and Monday, until after the Cosplay Chess. And she'll be Eve the whole weekend. So if you see one of us, we'll find some place to meet?

Does your camera work good at night? :'D

I'd love to get some shots of Neku at night on Friday, with LIGHTS OF THE CITY in the background if that's at all possible,_{Think; The World That Never Was} but of course we'd need to stay close to the hotel *_* I'll have my tripod, if that helps.

OR some shots of Suigintou on Sunday? :'D You could call me when/if you're going out to take someone else's shoot, and after theirs you could help me out.

I think this would be fun! But I don't know when I'd want to do it... defintely in my Kairi outfit. I may love my Yuri Sakazaki costume but she's not as fun imo. lol

I'll be Kairi all day Saturday and maaaaybe some of Sunday. I'm doing Yuri Sunday evening for sure for a photoshoot.

Sunday may be the best day, since Sunday I should be hanging out with a Lady, and 1-2 Dantes as well.. so maybe we can make it an unofficial DMC photoshoot. That would be pretty awesome.
