I like a large variety of music...most of which I like to understand the lyrics to. Although I tend to lean toward music in the rock/metal genre from all generations, there is still a lot of music out there that I may not understand without translating & such...and a lot of it I still find very entertaining & beautiful.

I also agree with Roddy...sometimes I just want certain music for my mood. If a certain sound matches my mood or helps to change it if needed, then I turn it on.

I have loved music my whole life, its one of my passions...I have so many close friends who are musicians & even if their music isn't really my favorite, I still like to listen to them play because I have a deep respect for musical talent & time devoted toward creating something so awsome & beautiful. I have been to TONS of concerts in my life, some bad, some good, several that I attended simply because I was in the right place at the right time and figured "why not.
