Hello Mario Cosplayers! (If there are any) My friends and I cosplay as Princess Peach Daisy and Luigi and we are desperatly in need of a Mario nut we have not found one yet.
We are in the age group of 16-21 and would like to find a Mario wo is in that age group and is hopefully shorter then 5'10.
Alsoi the costume would just need Overalls and a red shirt with a red cap with a M on it and boots.
If you are interested in doing this then pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaseeee post a picture of you in your Mario costume in this topic it would heeeeelp us a lot.
And it would be awesome if you could do an Italian accent even though I can't do one myself(Is the Luigi and can barely do one. D:)

I'm a little tall for Mario, but I am working on a ? block cosplay if you would like one. I can do Mario too though. Maybe wearing a hollowed out ? block as an item salesman on the side of his plumber occupation and part time princess hero. I even have a Mario sound keychain to go with it. So where's this meetup you want to have?

Well any Mario game cosplay would do and we could have it on any day people would want it at Kumoricon/or earlier. And I also think my friends would want to do something with a Mario cosplayer or something we also need one badly so being short would work for us but you really never know because I could definitely grow by then.

Depending on where you live, we could band together and storm some meetups until K-con comes around again. I'm also hoping to pull together an alternate Fireball Mario (white overalls and hat) cosplay. The items I would have in the ? block are:
Fireflower, in the shape of a cup and a soft orange ball that you can throw out of it.
Star, with a golden poncho inside
Red Mushroom,
Green Mushroom,
a bag of fake gold coins,
A leaf box with brown ears and raccoon tail inside,
A feather box with a yellow cape inside.

As far as height goes, I can be Super Mario!

I have some of me as Trunks from Dragonball Z and GT, my OC Red the Ninja, Inuyasha, Luffy from One Piece, the Grand Kai from DBZ, and I'm so close to finishing off Super Saiyan 4 Goku from DBGT.

I can get some shots of me in my different cosplays.

Cool. I never got to try out the Grand Kai yet. Maybe at a future meetup. So where does our Mario squad all live? I live in Sherwood, just south of Portland.

Well we live all over really I live in Canby, and Daisy lives in Mt. Angel which isn't to far and peach lives in a town that is right on the border of Washington

And we all surround a friendly place called Portland. I know where Canby is, and the others should be within reach of a drive into town. So when should we send a message to our princesses to gather for our first Super Mario Brethren Court?

Sorry for taking so long. Funds at home have been thinner than expected this month. I should have the pics to you before the week is up.

And it seems to be my destiny now to cosplay as Mario, someday, somehow. Two days ago two towers fell 9 years ago. Two nights ago, Bowser fell at my feet as I finally beat the NES Super Mario Bros. three times in a row.

I just got that game for the wii (Had to get it on the virtual console) and I found out I totally sucked.
Though I have beat Luigi's Mansion 2 in 3 days.

The secret is in world 1-2, warp to world 4-1, find the secret vine block in 4-2, and fight and run your way through all 4 of world 8. Even the last part against Bowser and the hammer brother before him requires patience and timing. I also found a mimic to the wii, and it's A and B button layout for SMB was completely opposite of the NES buttons. It really threw me off.

If we met up I could guide you through the game. Of course I'd be Mario and you'd be Luigi. I was delayed last week, but this week I should have my cosplays and prototype of Mario.

I have a hat but I've been looking for a better set of overalls.

I have the costume finally, minus the M hat patch and black mustache. Things have just been wrestling back and forth through school, work, trying to find the right day that I have the money to get the pics developed, misplacing the camera and to top it off, I have the last half of the flu this weekend.

I'll still work towards completing the costume and ? block, and try to get pics, but I'm willing to step aside and let a veteran join your group if it would look better.

Found my camera, and took Super Mario w/ cape to Video Games Live. Pics soon to come. If the position is still open, then I'll come as Super Mario and someone else can be normal Mario.
