If staff are allowed to view the minutes of the meeting with the hotel, I for one would love to see them. I say this with love, not rhetorically. I think it would be *very important* towards the morale of the con staff, to be able to concretely hold in our hands proof of progress. I say this based on the large amount of applause generated by audience members commenting at R&R that they won't be back if we're at the hotel. Of course we were over capacity anyway, so I guess that isn't being taken as seriously as it might be if we were hurting for attendees or if Oregon had other cons of this size (perhaps MEW will catch up some day).I personally had mostly positive experiences, but this is certainly due to the fact that, other than when I was a panelist at the Exec Tower for Religion in Anime and Manga, I basically never left the 3rd floor the whole 4 days (starting Friday).
