Ugh. Still have so much to do! Almost all of the pieces for the Mustang jacket are prepped (finished edges, pieces that need to be preliminarily put together put together, interfacing, etc). Tomorrow I should be able to get them assembled and Wednesday is decoration/details day! I was also planning on making Mustang's gloves but I'm not sure if that's going to happen on time... We'll see! If I do make the gloves I'll need to go get red paint or a red fabric marker or something similar... hmm. XP

hood and jacket base are all sewn together :3 1 and a half sleeves are sewn. This jacket is going to be done probably by Wednesday night.

Just finished styling Kida's wig, and I bought all the make up I need~ I did test make up today, but I accidentally did too much eyeliner for Kida I think. ignore the stupid face xD oh god my nose looks big in this pic

And I just finished all the stuff on Kaito's wig. All thats left for Kaito is to finish the leg and arm straps, and make the collar! Should be done with him tomorrow~

I finally pulled my Chane cosplay out and fixed all the little pieces that had frayed and such since S'Con. So I can now happily say it is 100% finished! YESSSSSSSSS. =3

I just finished my friend's Kagome and boy, do I feel relived! Everything is done! 100% Now all I have left is the packing and hopefully I don't forget anything :/

It's not much but I finished sewing the bloomers for chibi!Canada. I just need to gather the fabric, add elastic to the waist and laces to both legs.

I hope to completely finish them by tonight, as well as start on the nightgown next. :'3

Decided on Cedric shoes.
I don't own very manly shoes but I have a pair of leather boots that look kind of like dress shoes and the pants will cover up the rest of them. :/ So these will have to do.
So Cedric is DONE!

I still need to do my lines and put together the skit. (but my other laptop is broken with my lines on them so I'll have to try and rewrite them or find bits and pieces somewhere to do it. >.>;
Luka Lace and Sasuko Dye will be acquired TODAY!!!! D< Mom got home late last night so we couldn't get to the store in time.

Lace just needs sewed on, rope needs dyed.
If the dye doesn't work, I'm covering the rope in purple fabric... Which will look tacky but oh well! D<
And then I'll just stuff it to make it look bigger, like it's supposed to.
Then those two will be DONE!

And I need to make Pashmina ears for Fate and sew them onto my blond wig for her...

Working on Ranma 1/2 group.
Akane - Uniform dress 100%. Need to make blouse.
Ranma - Top 90%, need to finish arm openings and fasteners. Pants 20%.
Ryouga - Pants 20%. Top 5%, fabric washed, need to make pattern.
Mousse - Pants 100%. Robe 15%, need to finish cutting out and put together.
Shampoo - 90%. Need to check costume fit for my friend, and finish plush char siu bao.
Kuno - 5%. Need to make pattern for phoenix.

Also working on Escaflowne for my fiance and myself.
Hitomi - 95%. Skirt and blouse finished, need to sew on other cuff and buttons to jacket, remake ribbon tie.
Van - 60%. Need to finish shirt collar and lacing, take in pants, and finish boot covers.

And Detective Conan.
Shinichi - 75%. Finish pants.
Ran - 90% - 100%. Find new blouse if possible.
Heiji - 20%(?). Just need to embroider the hat.
Megure - Done. Just need to make sure he's coming.

Heh, thanks. Lots of work, but I'm pretty confident I can finish it. Ranma costumes are pretty simple, when you get down to it.

Everything is lying in a heap of pins and fabric right now. It' has not been a good day to work on cosplay for me. My taskmaster has the day off work tomorrow, so I'll probably whip stuff out on Bloody Sunday tomorrow.

Cedric is complete! (Wish I had a wig for him but pinning my hair back works just fine. :/ Not enough time to go find a wig I can buy... But if any of you have a very short, boyish brown wig, I'd happily borrow it for my skit and treat you to lunch as a thanks. |D)
Luka is complete! (Just finished sewing the lace onto the sash. It's such a pretty lace~<3)

Sasuko still needs rope dyed...
Either tonight or tomorrow. Depends how motivated I am to sit there and stir the thing constantly for 30-60 minutes. |D

Things to do basically in order that they need to be done:
Get more gold thread
Finish shoulder flap thing with the gold thread and details
Press seams of sleeves and sleeve linings open
Attach cuffs to sleeves
Press cuffs and do stay stitches
Stay stitches in armholes and sleeveholes
Put shoulder things and sleeves on main piece
Press shoulder seams
Grey trim on the bottom of the main piece
Hand sew things in place, buttons, and hooks and eyes
Ropes for shoulders (Mustang and Hawkeye)
Collar pins (both)
Mustang's rank pins
Mustang's gloves (if time. >_< If not just going to buy them in the dealers room. Lol)
Press Mustang's white shirt
Find gun and holster for Hawkeye
Get hair cuts and dye hair (both)

They're all small steps so I should get it done.

Then we should be ready to go!!! :DDDD So excited!

Make wig wefts and finish wig
Paint and attach odango covers
Make and attach back bow
Add white stripe to boots and attach gold moon.

I really, really want to get my Moon kaleidoscope done, but I lost a lot of time today with my old neighbors. It was so much fun hanging out with them, but I lost about four hours of work. D8

Now is really not the time for my sewing machine to start tripling the bobbin thread every single time I try to sew. It used to be every dozen times I went to sew, it'd vomit thread all over me. But now? Every. single. time.

On the plus side, I figured out how to do Toph's hair poofies and just need to do some finishing work on the shirt.

I totally feel your pain. My machine started malfunctioning late last week. Needle would not descend fully, kept getting jammed on the bobbin case. Took it in to the shop and I won't get it back until the day before con. TT_TT Luckily one of my friends lent me hers, otherwise I'd be screwed. Or falling back on old cosplay. But who wants that? It's not con without crunch week.

Almost done drafting Ryouga pattern. Also, added styling girl-type Ranma wig to my list, since someone joined our group. <3
Bah, what's another wig? Good thing I don't have any plans this week...other than lots and lots of sewing. It's cool. The only one that's got me worried is Mousse, since he's got an applique on his chest and lining. Fairly simple, but it'll probably take the most time to finish.

OMG, just realized that if Ukyo joins our group, we'll really have everyone in my signature. Plus Kuno and Genma! Awesome!
